In 2014, The Sasfé association started a work of sound collection and music creation with the residents of Villeneuve, a multicultural district of Grenoble. More than 50 non-professional singers and musicians have participated to make this soundtrack possible. They are accompanied by Marie Mazille (violin, clarinet, nyckelharpa), Norbert Pignol (sound mixing of district noises), Christophe Sacchettini (pipe, flute, percussion) and Patrick Reboud (accordion). This CD is a celebration of diversity, with oriental or european songs, traditional or current sounds, repeats or creations, world or rap music... The CD contains a bit of everything (or almost) ! This is like a movie, using sound to paint a picture of the district.
